Crockpot Lamb Stew

Ingredients
2 lbs. lamb stew meat
4 potatoes diced
3 carrots sliced
1 onion chopped
3 cup beef broth
2 tsp rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Add lamb, potatoes, carrots, and onion to the crockpot.Â
Pour in the beef broth, rosemary, salt, and pepper.Â
Cook on low for 7-8 hours or until lamb is tender.
