Ground Beef Pie
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 ½ cups cheddar and Swiss cheese, grated
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sliced green onions
½ cup milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 unbaked pie shell
1 can sliced mushrooms (we use fresh)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
Brown beef with onions and mushrooms. Drain, set aside. Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs, and cornstarch until smooth.Â
Stir in beef, cheese, and seasonings. Pour into pie shell. Bake in a preheated oven at 350° F for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean.

Broccoli or other vegetables can be added if desired.
